Shipping & Delivery
We aim to get your products to you as soon as possible!
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays from 10am to 6pm. Shipping times vary but most orders ship within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. All in stock orders ship immediately. Orders containing more than one item may ship in multiple packages and may ship on different dates. An email with tracking number will be sent after the order has been shipped. The cost of shipping will not be refunded in case of returns or exchanges. Please do not hesitate to contact regarding any special shipping requests or changes that need to be made.
Menina Step is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third party companies such as USPS.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:
– You may return merchandise within 10 days.
– Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original box or packaging, and unworn
– If the item was bought at full price, we will provide a full refund to any return.
– If the item bought was discounted or on sale, a “store credit” will be emailed to you for use on any future order. Online store credits do not expire.
– We are not responsible for damages that occur during care or alteration of an item.
– You may exchange an item for another style, color, or size within 10 days of receipt. Menina Step will pay to ship the exchange item. Limited to one exchange per order.
– Please email us at email@example.com to request shipping label or a store credit.
– All exchanges must meet the criteria above.
– To ensure satisfaction, all orders are inspected before they are shipped. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will email you a label to return the merchandise. A replacement will be sent upon receipt- with the condition that merchandise is new and has not been worn or altered, and is in original packaging.
